It’s that time of year again! The annual PCOV Golf Tournament is on Friday, June 7th, 2024 at Fraserview Golf Course. The cost of this event is $200 per golfer, including an 18-hole round, dinner afterwards at the PCOV, and prizes! Sponsorship opportunities are available, with details being announced at a later date. Don’t forget to save the date!

Your entire foursome must be paid for in full at the time of registration.

Rules & Tournament Format

Our event features a Texas Scramble format, offering two flight categories: Flight A from Tee Box 2 and Flight B from Tee Box 3. Ensure your team checks in to receive your lunch vouchers, range bucket, and confirm your flight category. Adhering to the rules—no mulligans, no gimmies, and a minimum of two drives per player—is essential. Enjoy the competitions, including long drive and KP challenges, and end the day with a delightful dinner at the Portuguese Club of Vancouver. Let’s make this an exciting and memorable event!

Location: Fraserview Golf Course (7800 Vivian Dr, Vancouver)

Registration
  • Ensure one person from each group checks in at the Registration Desk.
  • At check-in, you will receive Lunch Vouchers, a Range Bucket, and confirm your flight category (A or B).
Flight Categories
  • Flight A: Play from Tee Box 2 (6287 yards)
  • Flight B: Play from Tee Box 3 (5862 yards)
  • Only inform us if you are participating in Flight A during check-in.
Game Format

Texas Scramble: Applicable to both Flight A and B.

Rules for Both Flights
  • Each player must contribute a minimum of 2 drives.
  • No Mulligans allowed.
  • No Gimmies allowed.
  • Submit scorecards to Carlos Grosso at PCOV.
Competitions and Prizes

Men’s Long Drive: Hole 10
Ladies Long Drive: Hole 1

KP Holes:

  • Men: Flight A – 7th Hole, Flight B – 16th Hole
  • Ladies: 3rd Hole
Player Amenities
  • Warm-up bucket for the range.
  • Pull cart included (limited power carts available on a first-come basis).
  • Lunch Voucher: Includes a Hot Dog or Sandwich with a bag of chips and a 16oz Draft Beer.
  • Dinner at the Portuguese Club of Vancouver (1144 Commercial Drive) at 7 PM.
